McKinney TX is a North Dallas suburb located about 25 miles from the Big D. While we may be a good 35 to 45 minute commute from the Urban downtown Dallas area, we're not exactly all "in the sticks" either.
Some of my relocating clients often ask me about acreage properties in McKinney, large lots in McKinney or horse properties in McKinney. Well, depending on your price point, McKinney has something to offer ALL buyers - everything from condos and townhomes, to patio homes, subdivision lots, estate lots on up to 100+ acreage properties.
