Modest Abode in Marysville

Today I was called on to price this modest abode in Marysville, Washington.

Home was several years old, in a private enclave of homes around cul-de-sacs.

It was already abandoned, with the first interior property inspection already done. The foreclosure notice was on the door.

I took the pictures, shot a video, and came back to the office where Liz was filling in the information for the bank online.

A modest abode in Marysville. Soon to add to the ranks of foreclosed houses in our state.

Sad but true.
