I have re-invigorated myself and my business. I am trying to develop a Mission Statement to guide my thoughts and direction for this coming year. After a year of very little business I have witnessed a huge upswing lately. 50-60 phone calls a wekk on my listings, hundreds of buyer leads coming in. Now if the mortage companies would just play ball!
I think a good working mission statement would be "To provide the best service possible while still holding the bottom line"
it is a start for me.
