There is a tool that is available to all of the listing agents out there called EpropertySites.com. If you're not using it, I suggest giving it a try. There are many features like syndicating your listings to ActiveRain, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, MySpace and on and on and on.... For this post, I'm simply going to show you how to take a listing from EpropertySites and post it to ActiveRain.
Step 1: Login to EpropertySites and select your "properties" tab
Step 2: Find the property that you want to post, then click on the "tools" option.
Step 3: Click on the option that says, "Website Links & Sharing & HTML"
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and you will see a box that says "Active Rain Blog Posts". Then to the right part of the HTML code, you will see a button that says "post". Click on the post button!
Step 5: Select a Categories link For Consumers - Advertising a listing(s) and finally, hit the Post Blog Entry button and you're done! It's that easy! For a free account to EpropertySites, sign up to the right of this blog post under "EpropertySites Free Realtor Sign Up". Give it a try!
