In this volatile Real Estate market it is important to understand the many facets of this changing market, appraisers begin to pen this (2015) market as a upswing Real Estate market, with the ability to increase the appraisal by .3/4 per month of last comparable sale. Jeff, Yes it's Wakea, right next door to Reid Lighting.  Don't know how much I'll be hanging out there, but I'm willing to give it a try.  At least the food options will be much greater!  Thanks for the offer of a free lunch.. sounds good to me.  Maybe one day next week.
