The Blaine Haven Community continues to move forward! We've posted a large sign and now a brochure box on the corner of Jackson & Territorial. Please feel free to stop by and grab a flyer out of the box. It details how to sign up to receive pricing & community information as soon as it is available. You can register online at http://www.barkerhedges.com/ or call the number on the sign! You will have access to this information on the before the general public! Please note - the pricing information on the large sign will soon read, "Single Family Homes From the High $$200's" vs. "from the $200's" I know we've stated plenty of times, "High 200's" and included it on our preliminary marketing material, but Fair Market Homes DOES NOT want to be misleading on the pricing. Base prices will be in the high $200's - which is awesome for new construction 2-Story homes...especially with a 3-car garages! I'll post more information on area pricing in an upcoming post.
