Loveland had 16 now 14 available listings this past week. 2 are under contract. Prices start at $170,000 and go up to $680,000 in Bonnell West. There is some acreage properties, and a fair number of homes that would be great for first time buyers or as investment properties.

As it started to get easier for investors, the Fed's decided to change the underwriting. NOW to be able to purchase an investment property, one has to qualify for ALL of the payment without including ANY portion of the additional income from the rental. UNLESS you are already an investor.
