In reading
that, yes, we as REALTORS® have an obligation to stay informed of what's going on in the world of real estate, but it also tells us we should be willing to share what we know. There are so many avenues of learning in this field, whether it is from our continuing education, real estate magazines or the school of hard knocks. But do you realize that some of the best information we receive is from our fellow agents, inspectors and escrow agents just to name a few?
Take me for example: I am an independent broker who prefers to be just that. But I surround myself with other professionals whom I can share and learn from. Some are long time friends and many more are new found friends - but to me, they are all friends. There is so much knowledge you can learn from just talking with other people. One of the best information tools I have too is here at Active Rain. So many are willing to share their experiences (good or bad), and I am so grateful for that!
So the lesson for today : Learn all you can but also share all you can!
