We recently had the pleasure of helping a couple from Edmonton purchase their very first Arizona vacation retreat. I am happy to say that we were able to find them the perfect home and gained new friends during the process. Here is an excerpt from their website giving us the sweetest testimonial:
We joined the Canadian Snowbird flock in August 2010 by purchasing a winter nest retreat in the Phoenix area. We are now looking forward to being able to stretch our fledgling wings and migrate south on a regular basis. This migration would not have been possible without the assistance and guidance of our host, Jami Asanovich. Yes, Jami was our HOST not our realtor as she treated us more like family or friend than client. When we first arrived at Skyview International Airport; after several hours of delay due to mechanical problems, Jami was there to greet us and provide us transportation to our accommodations. Despite what was surely a long day for her, Jami took the time that evening to get to know us and what we were looking for. Over the next two days we looked at several properties none of which appealed to us but we shared several laughs and thoroughly enjoyed Jami and Adrea France’s company. Over the next couple of months we remained in contact with Jami and she would send us regular updates on properties that we might be interested in occasionally visiting one of them to take pictures and offer opinions or advice. When the decision to purchase was made Jami showed a great deal of patience, understanding and knowledge in making the transaction smooth and seamless even from a distance of over 1,600 miles. Despite not seeing our new purchase until several weeks after the deed had been transferred we felt completely comfortable in our decision mainly because of the work and efforts of Jami and her Ashby Realty Team, Adrea France and Josh Asanovich. We have since been to the house twice and have no regrets. Jami and Josh continue to provide us with exceptional service and we proudly consider them FRIENDS.
