Ann, I was going to leave a comment on your Fleming's post and then saw the craftsman style home in this post and had to click on it.  Anyway, so do you have a sense of the market yet for this year?  Last year for you the DOM and the number of homes sold has improved where do you think the stats are headed for this year?  I'm off now to see Fleming's.
