Tutorial: Setting Up Your ActiveRain Community Sponsorship
As an avid supporter of the the ActiveRain Community Sponsorship (i.e. Localism) for the past few years I am reblogging Bob Stewart's tutorial.
Real Estate is all about your local area too! Being a local area 'expert' means I know my area and so do you...right? Well, show them! Write about the history, happenings, businesses you've frequented and more...in your local area. The consumre will see that you do know your area as well as being the 'go to person' for all things real estate.

I know it's a little long, but it also includes a demonstration of how to resize your images for the marquee photo in your community. Since your image has to be exactly 960pixels wide x 440pixels high (I say tall in the video, but you know what I mean) it will help if you are unsure how to resize your images effectively.
