Have you ever wanted to call one of your customers but just wished you could leave a message instead of talking? Maybe you want to update them on their purchase or contract that is in place but don't have time to talk. Consider this program I found called SlyDial. It is supposed to go directly to the persons voicemail without ringing their phone.
I did try it on myself of course and noticed that it did ring for a second but was shown as an unknown caller. Although it did come up even as a missed call, I was able to go right to the voicemail and it forced me to listen to the voicemail before I called that person back. Pretty Sly!
