Bruce - Usually I post my backyard but this time it was my neighbor's backyard looking from my second floor window.  Even the wire fencing was white.

Jim - That is my neighbor's yard although my roses are covered with two feet of snow, some almost three feet.  As long as the snow is there, they will be protected.  Snow acts as insulation.  Ice is a different story.  Ice will kill the roses.
