Brrrrr, that looks really cold. We had a ton of fog yesterday and today. I thought that made it cold!

For a bleak mid-winter it is certainly a beautiful photo. I hear another snow storm is to hit. It's been a mighty winter.

Yikes! We've had our share of snow too, but this weekend was gorgeous sunny and about 68 degrees.

Doug - Another storm is coming our way on Wednesday.  It will be snow, sleet and ice.  It is the worst January I have seen.

Bruce - Usually I post my backyard but this time it was my neighbor's backyard looking from my second floor window.  Even the wire fencing was white.

Rosalinda - That pic makes me want another cup of coffee!  It reached 72 (I think) here yesterday.  Stay warm & safe this week!

Oh no! Where are your beautiful roses? Do you have to buy new roses each year or will the old roses recover?

Snow sometimes looks either really cold, or kind of too real and fake...  Great picture!!!

Spring seems so far away in these pics, but I love the way the snow outlines the branches.

Hi Rosalinda... it was only 19 degrees here today, and yet this picture makes me feel even colder!  How long until spring???

Denise - We had another storm last night.  This time it was ice, snow and rain.  What a mess!

Jim - That is my neighbor's yard although my roses are covered with two feet of snow, some almost three feet.  As long as the snow is there, they will be protected.  Snow acts as insulation.  Ice is a different story.  Ice will kill the roses.
