GREATEST OVERBID - Oklahoma City Real Estate

Oklahoma City real estate $70,000 8340 NW 128 Circle | Cobblestone Park | Oklahoma City. Granted, this was a new home and this amount probably represents upgrades, nevertheless, $70,000 is a lot of upgrading! This home closed on January 8, 2010.

GREATEST AMOUNT UNDER ORIGINAL LIST PRICE - Oklahoma City Real Estate

Oklahoma City real estate $750,000 6709 NW Grand Blvd | Nichols Hills. Originally on the market at $2,100,000, this property sold for $1,350,000 on November 30, 2010. This wasn’t even close to last years’ $2,350,000 reduction. So there you have it! This is not a scientific study, but it is fun to look at. The highs and lows of Oklahoma City real estate for 2010.
