A local REMAX office in Daytona Beach filed bankruptcy to prevent creditors from seeking $400,000 in commissions earned by a company agent. The agent filed a lawsuit to collect her commissions and the company filed bankruptcy to avoid payment.

"Hargreaves said she was owed commissions for work she did on the sales of more than 75 properties, ranging from single-family homes and condominiums to undeveloped land."

Makes you wonder why she kept working if she wasn't getting paid. Very bizzare and awful.

There seems to be more too it.  She must have not been paid for sometime, it makes you wonder why it came to a lawsuit and why did she wait until she sold 75 properties, after I am not paid the first few, I would be questioning the company.
