I have now proudly served the Coconut Creek community for almost 4 years now, & I can truly say Coconut Creek is a city that really has a sound foundation of a great city.
Coconut Creek has something for every type of home buyer searching for a home. Starting with terrific values in the Township which comprises of 1 bedroom 1 bath condos (not very many mainly in Olivine condo conversion & centerpoint) 2 bedroom 2 bath condo & 3 bedroom 2 bath condos. Township also features townhomes, villas as well a few Estate Single Family homes. The township remains as one of the best values in all the area. Currently you can buy a 2/2 bath for as low as $150,000 (wow). The real draw aside from the great homes available is the master community ammenities that are provided . It's like living at a country club!
Some other terrific communities include Regency Lakes which provides 24 hour guard gated protection. This community is made up of Single family homes broken down into a few sub-communities.
Winston park is a vast area of different style communities...mainly single family homes. For those looking for a Beautiful home without a Home owners association this could be the place. Although many of the communties do have the structure of an HOA, some do not. I know which do & which do not. Call me I'd be happy to inform you. Winston park spans from East of Lyons to 441 North & South of Winston Park Road. There are many styles of homes to choose with something to satisfy most budgets.
Coconut Creek is a perfect choice for relocation, due to it's location. I believe it's the only city in South Florida that is so conviently located to all major roadways including 95 ... Sawgrass....& the Turnpike.
