La Vista Park is a nice subdivision on the East side of Cedar City. It was built mainly in the 1950's and is comprised mainly of ranch style homes. It was originally built around the Hospital, but since, we have built a new Hospital and in doing so moved it to the North side of the City.

There are currently 5 homes listed for sale in the La Vista Park ranging from $89,900 to $145,000.
