OK so the concrete is poured and has been allowed to set, the next phase is to remove the frames, which is done after a few days. The re-bar on the footing is pushed down and will be encased in the concrete that will be poured for the floor.
The house at Lot 31 will have a walk out basement and patio so the walls were only poured on three sides.The basement will have a bedroom, a full bathroom, office and large den. After the walls have set they need to be waterproofed before the dirt is pushed back up against them. The walls are painted with a water repellent and then a water proof backing is applied.There is also a drain and pipe to channel the moisture away from the walls.
