I recently did a CMA in the Easton MA area and was so happy to see the market data.
Easton MA is placed number 37th best place in the whole country to live in. The housing mediam price rose 5.75% while the number of house sold in the area almost doubled comparing 2009 and 2010. This is one of the few towns where there is a shortage of housing supply. I felt so good after completing my report to know there are still places where in todays economy the real estate market is still strong.
