My friend Stephen Reifenstein is directing a new musical; Class of 90 - The Musical and Auditions are tonight. It's a brand new musical written by Erik Przytulski and they need you. Auditions are tonight at 6:30pm. Rehearsals start later this week.
I've seen Stephen and Erik's shows before and they are always entertaining.
At auditions last night, only 7 people showed up...for a cast of at least 24. This is your chance to scratch that acting bug itch!
You can audition yourself or you can forward this information to the person you are thinking of who can play a high school student on stage.
Their website lists a fee but they have an alternate form of fund-raising where you buy some tickets in advance. Let me know if you need help with that; I am happy to help!

Class of '90 takes you back to the era of big hair and parachute pants; where a group of high school friends pursue love, individuality, and endure many changes on the eve of graduation and the 90's!

Rehearsals begin Thurs Feb 24th and are generally Tues & Thurs nights, Saturdays.
Performances March 31-April 16, 2011 (Thursday, Friday and Saturday performances at 7:30pm)
Be prepared to sing 16-32 bars of a late 80's/early 90's pop song (CD or sheet music ok). A pianist will be provided. Also, be ready to learn a small dance combination...5-6-7-8!
Casting: All roles available. Ages16-29, Must be able to look like and play a high school student.

Although the physical address is on Fairview, the building is really off Segerstrom. Look for the signs.
