California boasts the top three most expensive zip codes in the country, according to annual rankings from Forbes. In fact, more than half of the country’s 500 most expensive zip codes are in the Golden state. Duarte (91008) ranked as the priciest zip code, with the median home price of $4,276,462. Atherton (94027) and Rolling Hills (90274) followed closely, with median housing costs of $4,010,200 and $3,893,456, respectively. And the prestigious 90210 zip of Beverly Hills ranked in sixth place, with $3,684,150 as its median home cost.
