Good morning Praful. I have not done any of the market shapshots. I think they provide useful information and plan on doing this in the coming weeks. BTW - I love the way you use the American flag - GREAT!
Our MLS has a market report section that helps me with the data - and I have used this format for our market - about 8 towns this week. It does take lot of effort and time to compile this.
About the American Flag, I should thank my son to help me come up with this design. He is VERY GOOD at this.
