Last week, Keller Williams Worldwide led by President, Chris Heller, announced its plans to begin work for global expansion, with a goal of growing the division by an additional 75,000 associates in 10 years. “Our goals are to expand the Keller Williams Realty model – with the focus on training and sound business models,” said Chris Heller, president of KW Worldwide. “And, when looking for the right country and business partners in planning for expansion, we will not sacrifice the perfect fit with our mission, vision and the KW Culture. Those are absolutely necessary.” During the State of the Company Address at Family Reunion, Mark Willis announced that the that Keller Williams Realty is in discussion with highly qualified candidates from Europe, Asia and Australia with a goal of launching the first overseas market center in late 2011. Because Keller Williams associates’ connections expand beyond the North American borders, KW Worldwide is asking associates to share international contacts in an effort to build relationships with individuals who might have interest in opening a Keller Williams market center. “The reputation our associates have built in North America has preceded us overseas and so many great, qualified candidates have been eager to talk with us about joining KW. And we’d like to challenge our associates to continue to help us grow overseas, because, Profit Share worldwide will be available to whomever helps to grow market centers overseas,” said Willis.
