For those unfamiliar with Ducks Unlimited, this organization is the "world leader in wetland and waterfowl conservation". Their conservation projects are "designed to maximize the amount and quality of migration and wintering waterfowl habitat as well as improve conditions for waterfowl production". Happy St. Patrick's Day!

We had a beautiful sunny day in Maryland and home buyers were out to select their new homes while the interest rates are still low. May are trying to get under contract before the increase in the FHA mortgage insurance premium. Those that delay will pay 0.25% more beginning April 18th.

 Life is better when there are flowers to photograph!
