Friday's Fotos....How Much Longer Can It Stand?

Rob - I love this series of old barn photos; it's kind of sad they can't be repaired to the point of being usable for some purpose, even if it is not the original purpose.

Great that you have been doing this barn series and capturing some of them while they are still around! When they are gone, no one will remember them. Love the topic!

Rob, It's hard to tell how long that ol boy will remain standing but it looks like it had a good life!

Rob, This is one fantastic series. I hope it goes on for a long time but I'm afraid you might run out of fresh subjects. If you do take shots from a different angle to keep it going. Thanks soo much.

How much longer will it stand? The real question is how long it took to get to its current condition? Probably will still be standing long after I am gone!

I have seen many of those types of structures, and it is amazing how well the core of them were built sometimes.  They can remain standing a long time.

These old barns were built to last - I'm sure it already outlived many newer barns and even some new homes. I love how the boards bend out of shape but still keeps standing up despite natural adversities. We could all learn a lot from this photo.

ANOTHER Great barn photo!! You go, Rob! Keep them coming! I love old barns!! Every time that I look at your photos I swear to my self that I am going to take a photo of one for you. I finally did that and posted it tonight! It is just for you, my friend. :) Now when I pass this old thing, instead of wondering if it will survive this years Hurricane Season, I'll think of you AND wonder! LOL!
