You're gonna need a translator to read the press about our gallery show (LOL)

When I get e-mail in other languages I always know something is up... The fun thing about participating in an international art showing with a group of cool artists is you never know where your next bit of positive press is coming from. Kudos and congrats to all the artists hanging at the Ward Nasse Gallery and the Women in Art 2011 crew who all got a participating artist mention in the article.

Thank you, Elizabeth. I discovered paint in kindergarten and it's been a love affair ever since (LOL). My girlfriend has been yelling at me for not having a scrap book. I should start one with the wee people. Cutting and pasting is their little people thing. ;-)

Carolyn, I always find it a hoot running things through Google Translate as the his become hers sometimes, and sometimes I wish I had a TRANSLATOR for their translator it comes out so nonsensical sometimes...

LOL!!!!! Gary, I know what exactly what you mean. I've been trying to have a conversation with an artist in Italy and half of her e-mails are just strange. The idioms don't carry over well and sometimes I have to try and find people who know people that can actually READ the language. I was shocked to discover some people can speak fluently but never bothered to learn to read what they phonetically learned from their grandparents.
