We might need to come over to visit for a personal tour and tasting at all of these selections. I posted this and your more recent blog on my Facebook page.

The sun is shining and most of us are thankful for the spring like weather. Our office has been busy with contracts for the buyers that selected homes over the weekend. FHA buyers still have time to purchase before the mortgage insurance increase and first time buyers still have the grants to $7,500 to assist with the cash requirements of a home purchase. The grants are available in Maryland and Virginia.

Life is blooming for home buyers this month!
