Homeownership Education

Join me and discover if you are ready to own a home and what the benefits are of home ownership.  As a first time homebuyer you will discover how lenders decide to make loans.

What you need to know

•·          9 hour homeownership education course

•·          Discover the Advantages and Disadvantages of Homeownership

•·          Assessing Homeownership Readiness

•·          Understanding Credit

•·          Managing your Finances

•·          The Mortgage Process

•·          Special Programs for First Time Buyers

•·          Shopping for a Home, a Lender, and a Realtor

•·          Closing Your Deal

•·          Maintaining Your Home and Your Finances after you purchase

Upon completion of homeownership education you will be more informed, a better borrower, and may help you qualify for down-payment assistance, low-interest mortgages rates, and matched savings programs.

•·          The course is open to everyone and free of charge.

•·          Space is limited; pre-registration and a refundable deposit are required.

•·          You must attend an entire series (9 hours) to get a certificate.

May 9th, 16th & 23rd 6 pm - 9 pm Homewood Suites, Baxter, Bozeman

Saturday June 11th 9 am - 6 pm Bozeman Public Library, Main Street, Bozeman
