Open House Weekend is coming up here in the state of Florida! The dates are March 26th-27th, and it is a great opportunity for buyers to view many homes in a single weekend. This will be the second annual Open House Weekend. It was an event last year that saw over 15,000 open houses hosted, and was a great success for real estate agents and sellers alike.

With conditions being so favorable for buyers it should make the event even more of a success this year! Mortgage rates are still at historic lows and real estate is definitely on sale. Buyers can spot participating homes by blue balloons with the Realtor "R" logo on them. You can also find participating homes by going to the Tallahassee boards of Realtors home page (www.tbrnet.org ) and look under"What's New" on the middle of the page. You will then find the "Public Open House Search." There is also a link provided on my website (www.yourwakullaagent.com)  under the OPEN HOUSE FLORIDA tab on the home page.

This event will be a lot a fun for everyone invloved. So if you are thinking of buying a home in the near future this is a great opprtunity to get out there and see what the market has to offer. I hope to see you out and about!
