Ok who did the BPO on this beauty? Welcome to those of you that desire to do REO properties!!!

I just love it when I go out to do a BPO and BAM it hits you in your face. You say to yourself they have to be kidding. But suppose the owner still lives there, and meets you with a little friend either canine or 12 gauge. What do you do now? Have a great weekend everyone!!
