Flagstaff foreclosures--since last week there is 1 more foreclosure in Flagstaff. That is 2 less than the number of new foreclosures last week. This search is of foreclosures put on the market since last Tuesday. It includes single family, townhomes, manufactured homes and condos in the city of Flagstaff. The average asking price is $149,900, which is down from last week by about $37,000, mostly due to the fact it's only one home this week and the average price per square foot is $136.27, which is up from last week by about $21.
