(Not At All) Wordless Wednesday....The Lone Ranger!

Barn

I Have admired this particular BARN for a long time and finally parked my car and climbed the fence and walked across the pasture just to get a close-up of what I call "The Loan Ranger". It sits all alone in a huge field with cattle all around. Most of the Barns I capture are always close to another building or some type of old home...but not this one! It's standing the test of time all by itself! If you look closely you can even see the lightning rods on top.

We had an old barn like this near where I used to live that was leaning at a huge angle for many years! It finally fell down in a big wind storm and I regret not taking a snap shot before it finally went.
