4 Comments on Who Owns the Waterfront?
Hi Brian,
As always, you are the master and we are all your students, great information that will surprise many people ready and willing to spend a small fortune on waterfront than the may not even own or can get the benefits from.....
Thanks as always.
Good information as usual. This is way you should have some experience before selling waterfront property.
We have problems here with beachfront properties. California reserves the beach for the public, and public access is free. Unfortunately, many of the rich who own beachfront properties try to keep the public off of their “property,” meaning anything in front of their property. After all, they certainly wouldn’t want to look out the window and see people playing in front of their precious houses!
Great information, Brian. If someone wants to sell lakefront property, then they really need to know more than the basics taught in Real Property Law.
