Items needed to make this a smooth process:
- Texas Drivers License, Military ID or US Passport
- W-2 & paycheck stubs for the last two months (or Last Two Years Tax Returns if self employed)
- A good rental history
- Fair to good credit score
If you have problems with your credit, there are companies to do credit repair. Also, if you have a pet, you will be required to pay a pet deposit that you will NOT get back.
