I was showing a commercial property in Fortuna California last week to one of my buyers and we were amazed at how much the city had grown and will continue to grow within the next 5 to 10 years. Right away, we noticed a few more businesses had popped up along the main street in Fortuna (take the Main Street Exit off CA State Highway 101) and a couple new subdivisions going up in the south end of town, as well as a new shopping center with Walgreen's and other stores.
As my client and I were walking through the property we were viewing that day, the listing Agent was very excited in explaining the features of the property, as well as telling us of the future developments in Fortuna. He was pointing to various areas where major businesses were coming in, such as a possible Home Depot or Wal-Mart, and a community park/walk way along the river. We were very impressed with these developments and my client was happy to start investing in Fortuna California.
