When you can't make a sale, make a friend! Thank you for your diligence. I thank you for working on my property. Sorry, I know I can be a little tough to work with but I put so much money and time and I just can't let the market beat me up. You did everything you said you would do and more; it's just the market.
I did rent it this afternoon; I had people waiting at the door. I haven't experienced this in my landlady years. People really need homes to rent.
I know you spent a lot of money to market the house; hopefully you will recoup it soon. Take care of each other.
