Suga Circle is officially off the market as the new family took possession of it today....
It was bitter sweet for my clients as they have own this home for many many years! They brought their first child home to this house watched him crawl and then walk. Although they have not lived in this house for many years, they out grew it some time ago, it still held a lot of found memories and as long as they owned it they felt the connection.
The new family I feel will be very happy there as the home is in excellent condition and has been very well maintained over the years!

Melissa, having a home as long as you clients did and bringing home their first child while they were there no doubt caused them to be especially connected to the home. They'll have so many memories though, to take with them to their new home where they can create more memories.
And their old home will continue to be a place for new memories to be created by its new owners.

Not sure 77 days is better than average in your area. I had my stats done for March 2011 - only to realize that our numbers are lot worse than 77 - in some market, almost 3 times 77!
