This is the Lion and the Gazelle, come choose what you want. Make offers. Gorgeous properties are selling for fractions of their former price.
If you're a seller, the cold weather up north this winter is bringing the buyers in droves. Despite the economic conditions, folks are still ready to retire or semi-retire and warm up in Florida. It is nicer to scale down in beautiful Florida than up north where it is freezing. I will be blogging more about different country clubs and what is listed and selling and of course, my expert opinion
