My pick of the day is a great property west of Berthoud that last year was on the market for $990,000, and now it is back on the market for $790,000.  1037 N Co Rd 27E in Berthoud is on 35.8 acres, has a walk out basement, a sunroom off the family room, several master bedrooms and ...
