Almost 4 years ago I was fortunate to visit Spain. We took a day trip to the Alhambra and Generalife. I have never been to Europe, so much of what I saw during the entire week was jaw droppping, but this took the cake. The Alhambra is in Granada and if you ever get the chance to visit, I highly suggest it.

We spent the entire day here and I had a great time tagging along with my brother in law and father in law who are both excellent photographers that gave me many tips throughout the day.

These are my photos, not theirs - theirs are much better. But I think I did ok.

Isn't the architecture absolutely amazing in Europe? I was in awe during my brief pass through of London and two visits to Northern Ireland. Such a pretty country. Nice photos.

Steve- Spain is one of my dream destinations. If I make it there, and to Italy, I'll be content. The architecture reminds me of many of the California Missions, which were built in the 1600s and 1700s here in my state. Gorgeous buildings.

Tarris - We were staying in Costa del Sol as well, near Malaga.

Judy - Spain is my first & only trip to Europe so far, I would like to get over there again some time.

Lisa - No definite plans yet, but it will be much closer to home than this trip.
