Last year we were hearbroken to see oil on our beautiful sugar sandy Gulf Shores beaches. Now, on the one year anniversary of the BP Oil Spill in the Gulf, our beaches are beautiful again!
How is the real estate market? Condominium sales activity appears to be on the rebound. Condo buyers are back, taking advantage of the deals and reducing inventory. After the oil spill, condos prices quickly dropped from 17 percent to 20 percent when compared to 2009. For several years buyers couldn't find anything on the beach to buy for under $200,000, and now you can!
Thank you to everyone who prayed for us during this past year of recovery. If you have never been to the Gulf Shores area, come see us and our beautiful white sandy beaches!
