Sonoma Homes for Sale ~ 25% Are Distressed Sales.
There are 220 homes for sale in Sonoma Valley this Easter Weekend. Listing inventory has grown just a bit but overall it's still light for this time of year, traditionally the hottest selling season for real estate in Sonoma Valley. The number of distressed homes for sale in Sonoma, at about 24% of the total market, has remained basically the same as I reported last month in another post on residential listings in Sonoma Valley. Broken down into housing categories, the data points, show that as a percentage of each category condos rank highest in distressed properties.
