Today our US Congressman District 15, Bill Posey put together an unbelievable Realtor® Forum with participants from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD and the asset management company for HUD together in one room with Realtors®
It was full of current good valuable information for the real estate professional to learn how to get short sales closed. Also a section on HUD homes and how to understand the bidding process.
The forum started at 1PM and was to end at 3PM. The room was full, many received good useful information. Websites that can give our clients actual guidance to make solid decisions. By 3pm we adjourned and many agents stayed around to further the discussions.
