As we all know, there are many, many incredible agents that we get to work with who are doing incredible volumes of business at this very moment. I had a great phone call come in today from a Mike Ferry Organization Real Estate Coach. He shared with me that a husband and wife team out of Calgary, Alberta had a record setting month in April.
When he gave me the numbers, I was actually stunned, and said to him ... "Did you misquote them, or did I misread them?" and he said, "No, the numbers are right!"
32 listings sold and buyer controlled sales in April that represented over $500,000 in gross commissions for the month ... CONGRATULATIONS TO TWO OUTSTANDING AGENTS AND THEIR GREAT TEAM.
Oh, I know what some of you are going to say ... "They probably have 10 buyers’ agents that do all the work" ... and the truth is, there is one additional person, along with the husband and wife team, that has put together this incredible and great month.
The question we have to look at individually is always the same ... what can we do, as individuals, if we were to maximize our performance and really focus at the highest level?
Yes ... you may never accomplish what that team did. However, if you did 4 or 5 transactions every month ... 6 or 8 transactions... or, as so many of you do, 10 or 12 transactions every month ... think about the great end results you would have. Just food for thought …

Mike, that's is almost unbelievable. While I don't need to hit those numbers, I do like your thoughts on improving and trying to do 4, 5 or 6 deals! Heck, I should be able to do that!
