Ha! While many wouldn't argue against that definition, and while "snakes" of a sort are certainly involved, "BoA" actually stands for "Bank Of America," not "Boa-Constrictor"!

Hilarious but sad at the same time. They got it right. BOA short sales can take 2 years for no good reason, maybe job security of their employees. Their Equator system created some efficiencies but didn't necessarily improve their decisions. Too often they insist on generating short sale offers HIGHER than market value.

Once they suffocate the short sale, they foreclose and sell it for thousands or tens of thousands less than the short sale offers they declined a year earlier, taking the neighborhood down with them, creating future waves of foreclosures.
