I love all things Apple. Apple computers, iPhones and of course the iPad.

Connecting Point is an Apple retail store in Melbourne, Florida.

I purchase my Apple products from Mark Fosgate, a fantastic knowledgeable member of the team. He has helped me work through how to use our local MLS on the iPad and also making it work on Safari. He always asks me what I want to do and listens to my answers and then directs me to the perfect product for my needs.

Many times I just drop by to say Hello and see what new they have at the store. Any questions I have Mark answers them and walks me through the process. He seems to know every answer to my many questions.

There is another Apple retail store in Melbourne but I would never switch because of Mark.

Nona I'm soooooo envious! I don't have the luxury of living near an Apple store. A friend recently pointed me in your blog direction - truly enjoying them. Thanks for sharing. BTW have you read the book - The Steve Jobs Way?

Nona, I liked the book because it gave an insight into various areas and why things in "Mac land" are the way the are. It is written by Jay Elliot and William Simon. Actually, I downloaded the audio version on itunes and listened to it on a long road trip. I'll have to check out the one you're reading. Thanks again.

I know what you mean. I use to go to the Apple Store at the Orlando mall and they had tons of "geniuses" I was glad to find this small retail store. They are always so helpful. I always by local when I can.
