School is out and the leasing market is getting cranked up even higher as people try to make a move when school is out. Rockwall County Leasing Market continues to be strong, in fact, it is HOT now!

Homes for lease which are in good condition, well located and priced right tend to go quickly in Rockwall County, Texas. The last five homes that I have offered for lease have all been leased in a week or less and there were multiple applications. If you see it & Like it - act quickly!

I can't imagine why it wouldn't be. What's not to love about Rockwall? It has grown since I opened up the El Chico back in the 80's. My best friends mom used to own Rockwall Lighting and her Aunt owned Rockwall Carpet. Small world, isn't it?! :)))

Joni - I wish I had gotten a chance to meet you this week at Rain Camp! I was at the pre-opening of El Chico when it opened back in the 80's. Talk about a small world!!! El Chico is still alive and well and a favorite of many! I did lots of business with both Rockwall Lighting and Rockwall Carpet back in those day! Speaking of "those" days - they were incredible and the growth we have had since then is amazing. How long has it been since you were in Rockwall?

I ran the Cable Offices in Argyle, Quinlan, Waxahachie in the 80's. Spent many nights in Rockwall for my evening meal at Culpeppers. Looks like it has changed quite a bit. Used to be very rustic. Drank ice tea from a Kerr jar!

I have only one question,

Why is the "ROCKWALL" sign on a "BLOCK WALL" and not on a "ROCK WALL"?

My, the early bird gets the blog post in for the day ... you do keep those commitments to post each day seriously .. kudos to you. Yes, being ready for the needed essentials for the credit application is important. Just as important is for the tenant representatives to be fully aware of their client's credit, any issues and be armed and ready to help them get over these obstacles if needed. Also if the scores are so poor to help course correct them to the right level of lease properties. Nice reminder! Have a wonderful Memorial weekend!

Robert - thanks. It is after all a small world! How long has it been since you were in Rockwall? WOW have things changed in the last very few years! We have shopping, dining, tons of new stuff! I still love Culpeppers but we finally have lots of other place to dine too, casual and upscale. The Harbor on the waterfront is really cool too. If it has been awhile, come on back for another visit.

Anita - this market has resulted in lots of people in the lease market that would not have been leasing before.

Webster - right, it is a fairly new trend for our market.
