HI GABE! Nice stats to read. Any idea what the trend is for home listings as summer nears -being down 31 listings over last month I am curious if things typically go down during the warmer months!?

Gabrielle, our stats have shown some impressive improvements this spring for most areas. However, we are not a typical market as we do tend to slow down in the summer as we have a pretty high percentage of vacation/second home buyers. In the past few years we have been getting more full time residents and a rising percentage of ones with families that tend to buy during the summer, so it's getting a little better in the summer. But overall, our strongest months are typically January through April.
