      3.     To supply with the necessities of life, as food, shelter, and money:  maintain

      4.     To corroborate:  substantiate

      5.     To give aid or assistance to:  back up

    2.      One that supports

 Do you openly give and openly receive support?  Do you remember to thank those who give you unconditional support?  More importantly, do you remember to return that unconditional support?

Take a moment each day to open yourself to support – both giving and getting.  The stress you bear will be less, and the stress you relieve will be great!
