Ganesh Indian Cuisine: Salt Lake City receives Two Thumbs Up. Last night my husband and I were home alone. Our were both at their friends. I had been working in the yard all day and was wiped out. My husband took a look at me in my exhaustion and said lets go out to eat. Now the big decision, where. Utah has a ton of dinner/diner/food places to choose from. Problem, its Sunday and a lot of places are not open and nothing sounded good. Lets try somewhere new and different since its just us.
Lets try Indian Cuisine. I've only had a type of Indian soup once and it was lentil type of soup my husband had prepared and went way, way, way overboard with spices. It was so bad we all ran to the sink and started acting like Tom Hanks in Big when he tasted the caviar.
Not knowing which Indian restaurant to choose, we decided on the one closest to our house. Thank goodness we did that, it was AWESOME! I'm hooked, it was fabulous, the portions were perfect they had a large menu and the staff was absolutely phenomenal. I think we have now found our new favorite place. I can't wait to tell everyone about this fabulous restaurant that is tucked away in a shopping complex. So if you are ever in the the sandy/midvale area make sure you take some time to try this restaurant!
Best wishes for a fabulous Memorial Day! I can't wait for lunch and my leftovers from last night!
